Meditation Break In-Person

You’re welcome to a 15-minute breather from a busy day of classes, work, & studying this afternoon at 3pm, in the Library’s Klaus Room (2nd floor).  We’ll follow along a guided audio meditation on relaxing with the breath, boosting positive emotions, and improving focus. This is open to everyone.  No prior meditation experience or registration required – just drop on by this afternoon (or any other Monday at 3 or Wednesday at noon).
